You have up to 24 hours to cancel or modify an order from the time the order was placed.
Order cancellations & modification requests should be directed to our Customer Service Team via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include in the subject line your order number + “Order Cancellation” or “Order Modification” along with the details of your request.
The Beach Society Customer Service Team may reach out to inform you of any outstanding issues with your order such as product availability (out-of-stock), payment issues, or an invalid shipping address. If the Customer Service Team is unable to get in touch with you to correct any order issues, then your order will be canceled.
Depending on the item(s) purchased, orders can take 7-10 business days. Order fulfillment is not processed on the weekends.
